Moen, Kohler, Delta, Kraus, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Glacier Bay, and dozens of other brands make up the world of faucet brands. The list goes on and on, with thousands of faucets to choose from. Some brands are better than others, with superior products, stronger reputations, and better customer service.
But until you do a bit of research and delve into the specifics, it can be hard to tell which brands are the best. So, how about Luxart? Is it a good brand? Let’s find out.
About Luxart
Luxart is a plumbing fixture brand offering products throughout North America, with locations in Canada and the United States. The brand operates under Hajoca Corporation, a massive privately-owned distributor of plumbing and heating products. Hajoca Corporation operates in the United States but also owns EMCO Corporation, its Canadian subsidiary.
Luxart prides itself on innovation, style, and artistry, proudly boasting each on its website. In addition, the brand expresses its commitment to quality and constructing products out of the finest premium materials. The result? Beautiful, well-designed products with sleek, modern finishes.

Where Can You Buy Luxart Products?
While Luxart has two websites, one for United States customers and the other for Canadian customers, it doesn’t allow customers to make purchases directly through these sites. Instead, customers can add a product they like to their cart, where it will direct them to find a dealer.
When you click the “Where to Buy” option, a map with various Hajoca, Dahl, and supply store locations will pop up. The East Coast is teeming with sites, whereas the West Coast and Midwest have limited options.
Unlike some brands, Luxart’s products aren’t widely available through other retailers, like Home Depot, Amazon, or Lowe’s. While there are a couple of listings for Luxart products on sites like Amazon and eBay, the best variety is available through the brand’s websites.
Where Are Luxart Faucets Made?
Like many faucet brands today, Luxart has turned to overseas manufacturing to cut costs. The brand sources its faucet lineup, in its entirety, from China.
This practice is standard in the industry, as many brands outsource the manufacturing process to cut costs. Labor costs tend to be lower in places like China, Taiwan, and Vietnam than in the United States or Canada, so it’s not uncommon to see companies sourcing their products from manufacturers in those countries.
Who Makes Them?
Luxart purchases its faucets from several Chinese facilities throughout the country. Since the designs of Luxart faucets are nothing special and trail behind current trends instead of leading them, it’s unlikely the brand designs its own faucets.
Instead, it’s reasonably likely that Luxart purchases premade faucets and brands them as its own for resale. This practice is common, particularly among lesser-known and smaller brands. Other brands contract manufacturing facilities to produce their lineup exclusively, but Luxart apparently purchases generic faucets from its manufacturing plants.
Are Luxart Faucets Any Good?
The sleek looks and affordable prices of Luxart faucets are a tempting combination. But are they any good? Let’s find out.
Quality
Gauging the quality of a product is tricky without hands-on testing. To truly evaluate the quality of a product, you need to test it over several months of regular use, as this will determine whether the parts are well-constructed and long-lasting.
Since taking several months or years to test multiple faucets isn’t practical when we need an answer now, we turned to product descriptions. Generally, we would also evaluate the customer reviews for trends surrounding quality, but that wasn’t an option.
After sifting through product listings, we found that these faucets include some quality components. For example, they feature ceramic disc cartridges, which are known to last. However, beyond that, the listings didn’t provide specifics on base materials or anything else that may help determine the overall quality of these products.
Design
Luxart faucets trail a step or two behind the latest design trends. While the brand offers various beautiful options, they don’t feature designs that are currently leading the industry. Instead, the options are a bit behind the curve.
That said, the brand offers numerous well-designed faucets that follow design trends. For example, its kitchen faucets feature sleek designs with high-arc spouts, single-handle configurations, and multiple finish options.
Its bathroom faucets feature minimalistic silhouettes in multiple options, including single-handle configurations, widespread faucets, and centerset designs.
Like many brands, Luxart offers numerous faucet finishes, including chrome, brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, and matte black.
Pricing
Unfortunately, Luxart doesn’t disclose the prices of its faucets on its website. Instead, each listing bears a description of the product and its technical data. Pricing information is apparently only available in person at locations where each product is sold.
However, we can gauge the price of these faucets using the limited listings on other sites, like Amazon and eBay. From the looks of things, Luxart faucets are reasonably priced and comparable to other brands, like Delta or Moen. The listings we came across were priced between $85 and $350, which is relatively standard for kitchen and bathroom faucets.
However, prices may vary based on the product you like and where you purchase it, so you may pay more or less than the estimated range.
Technology
Voice activation is the latest and greatest in faucet tech, but touch-on and touchless models are also popular picks. Most mainstream brands offer a few in each variety, but Luxart only offers touchless models. The brand has a few touchless kitchen faucets to simplify kitchen tasks, but it doesn’t offer the ultimate convenience of voice activation.
You’ll have better luck looking elsewhere if you’re searching for a touch-on or voice-activated faucet.
Warranty
According to Luxart’s website, its faucets come with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty guarantees the product will be free from manufacturing and mechanical defects. If something pops up and meets the brand’s classifications, it will provide a replacement part or product or otherwise adjust to remedy the situation.
This warranty applies solely to the original consumer purchaser for as long as they own their home. All things considered, this warranty is strong, as it compares to those from many industry leaders. So, if warranty coverage is a priority for you when looking for a new faucet, Luxart might have a good fit.
Customer Reviews
Unfortunately, Luxart doesn’t support customer reviews on its website, so we cannot offer insight using this resource. Additionally, Luxart doesn’t have much of an online presence outside of its website. Product listings for its faucets from other retailers are few and far between, so reviews are nearly nonexistent.
Since most of these products are available through specific stores throughout the country, we recommend discussing the product you like with an associate at the store or other customers who have purchased it (if available).
Customer Service
While we usually see responses to negative feedback from the brand’s customer service team, we didn’t find that in our search. However, this is to be expected since the brand doesn’t support customer reviews on its site, and product listings on other sites are sparse.
Customers can reach Luxart’s customer service team using one of the following methods:
- Online contact form
- Live chat: Click the teal bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen to initiate a chat.
