Giangi Enterprises is a company that was founded in 1988 and specializes in kitchen, prep, bar, and bath faucets. They have several locations in the United States, including Mount Vernon, New York, and Gaffney, South Carolina. In this article, we will look at Giagni faucets and where they are made.
Imported Faucets
Giagni sells faucets that are imported from several different countries, including China, Taiwan, and Korea. There are several manufacturers in each country that make these faucets. However, the design is developed by the United States locations, and Giagni says that the products are centered to fit the needs of the homeowner specifically.
What Kinds Of Faucets Does Giagni Sell?
Giagni sells a wide variety of faucets, from pull-down kitchen faucets with a button that switches from a solid stream to spray to varying types of bathroom faucets. They also sell tub filler faucets, both wall mount, and floor mount varieties.
Many of Giagni’s faucets are made of stainless steel. They have a PVD finish, which makes them scratch-resistant and helps them hold up well to daily wear and tear. Some of their options come with soap dispensers or pull-down options.
Since purchasing a faucet that is not compatible with your sink can be problematic, it is essential to note the sinks the faucet will be compatible with. These faucets are designed to fit a variety of sinks. Some faucets, such as Giagni’s Pompa model, fit in sink hole sizes 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Kitchen and bathroom faucets come in both single handle and two handle varieties. They also are available with different kinds of spouts to suit different tastes and needs. These faucets fit well within the realm of conventional designs, which helps them appeal to a broader audience.
Are Giagni Faucets High Quality?
According to Giagni’s website, their products are made with high-quality materials from ISO9001 certified facilities. This certification, which is given as a form of quality management, speaks to the qualities and standards that Giagni upholds.
These faucets are also certified as lead-free and drinking water safe. They meet ANSI/NSF 61/9, certifying that they are legal to use in a drinking water system in both the United States and Canada.
Reviews attest to the quality of Giagni faucets, with many Amazon reviews speaking of the craftsmanship and durability of the faucets. Several reviews also mention the ease of installation and different mode options available.
On the other hand, there are some unsatisfied customers. Some reviews are unhappy with the durability over time, with some saying that they have had issues with the faucet leaking or faulty parts.
Do Giagni Faucets Come With A Warranty?
Giagni offers a limited lifetime warranty on its faucets. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in faucet function and faucet finish. However, there is a catch: you must be the original owner, and labor charges and damage that occurs during installation, replacement, or repair are excluded. Giagni also excludes from this warranty any repair parts needed as a result of normal wear and tear.
The lifetime warranty is also restricted to faucets solely for home use. So, this excludes any faucets used in industrial, commercial, or business situations. Faucets used in these scenarios have a different limited warranty, which extends five years past the date of purchase. This five-year warranty uses all of the same rules as the standard warranty.
It is important to note that faucets purchased from third-party sellers, like those on Amazon, may not offer the same warranty as Giagni’s website does. Several reviews on Amazon’s website express frustration at the lack of warranty through Amazon sellers.
Giagni faucets come with a lifetime warranty on the cartridge, mechanical parts, and electronic parts. Other finishes come with a five-year limited warranty. Proof of purchase is required to redeem the warranty, and it is non-transferable.

You should mention that Giagni’s customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to email and never answer the phone. So the life time warrantee is worthless. I do not think they are even still in business. Another company resides at Giagni’s mailing address.
It’s true! I bought a faucet now I need to contact them to change a piece and they NEVER answer the phone, do not answer the e-mail and just exist a recording when you call them to leave the message.
I am having a similar experience with Gagni. Have tried calling multiple times, but no answer, only a recorded message saying to e-mail them, nor is there an option for me to leave a message. I have e-mailed but received no response. Will not buy any more products from this company.
